Homeschool Resources

Important Stuff:
CHEA-The reason why I homeschool.  I went to my first conference years ago and haven't looked back.  They also provide so much information to help homeschooling parents.

HSLDA-Defending home school families.  You don't have to go it alone.

Fun Stuff:
Twisty Noodle-Printables for the little learners.

Teacher's Notebook-Printables and all sorts of things to make your life easier. You can even upload and sell your own printables.

Jumpstart-Fun learning games for you kiddos online.

Curriculum Stuff:
My Father's World Curriculum-We used this curriculum for first grade and love it so much.  We are planning to use it for second grade too.

Math-U-See-We used this math for about two years and enjoyed it. However we decided to go with a non Common Core math curriculum and are loving that.

Singapore Math- This is what we currently use.  We are loving it.  We use the U.S. Edition. Singapore does a great job at adding pictures in when they kids are younger and phasing them out at your child gets older and further into their math journey.

Saxon Math-We used this math for first grade.  It's great curriculum. We didn't continue with it because it's geared for a classroom.  That might work for some better than us but it was really great about reviewing concepts.

HomeschoolClassifieds.com-New & Used curriculum, Groups, Events.  In a very organized list.  Soooo helpful.

Rainbow Resource-Discounted curriculum as well as other home school resources. Their catalog is seriously twice the size of a phone book but they have so many amazing things.
